Greenspan's — Attraction in South Gate

My over all experience with the staff wasnt bad at all. I actually called in before I went in and admit that I was a bit skeptical due to the (not so good ) reviews I had read but upon calling I got to speak to really nice and professional woman over the phone, we talked for a bit, went over what they had in stock I then decided to go in because I wanted to have my fiance try on the penaltan and jacket I was buying him for Christmas and upon arrival we were very kindly greeted. The woman then quickly bothered to help us, they didnt have the jacket in stock so I was only able to buy him the penaltan and proceeded to order the jacket online. I ordered the jacket on line on Dec. 22nd and didnt get it until Feb 1st. That was the only downfall of it all. They started they had a problem with the shipment so I over all wasnt as bothered, mainly also because the woman bothered to give me courtesy updates on it arrival. I wish i could remember her name make sure She gets a raise, she was the main reason for this review ....

The first time I ever stepped foot in Greenspan's I was visiting Los Angeles and looking for a place I could physically try on a Pendleton shirt I was interested in. I lucked out and they carried the style and size shirt I wanted to try, it fit perfectly and I bought it right away. The overall vibe of the store reminded me of all my favorite retail places, organized, but not too organized with all kinds of old stock stacked and hanging where they can find room. A place you can dig into and find an unexpected treasure. The staff were friendly and the sense that many there wanted to preserve the legacy and independence of the establishment. On that first visit I found my new favorite shoes (Zig Zag wino shoes) and I've been wearing them ever since. When my local source of these shoes dried up and was glad to find that Greenspan's ships and I have a brand new pair that...

From the moment we arrived #1 free prkg.Whaaaat? Free spot.... then my friend has a bum leg(steel rod/. They gave us both a ride on a Cushman ...at least 1/2 mile up the hill to the entrance.. Then they ( staff) saw My Friend was hobbling up the stairs..... when the asked "US" if he could make it to his seat, which was 5 steps from the moon.They then proceeded to take us from the 2nd atmosphere to the 23rd row. ... When it was all said & done ,the only question we struggled with was...... "WHO WAS BETTER? THE STONE TEMPLE PILOTS, & THE SMASHING PUMPKINS OR "THE STAFF @ 5 POINT A.M.P.........WE BOTH AGREED, WE WERE TREATED LIKE KINGS WITH A LOT OF T.L.C. THE SMASHING PUMPKINS HAVE A SONG THAT CAME TO MIND WHEN THINKING ON HOW BEST I COULD DESCRIBE THAT NIGHT.... THE SONG IS...
