Figueroa Furniture — Hotel in South Gate

Worse experience. The furniture is nice however I purchased a vanity that wasn’t able to fit in my bedroom. I asked for a refund over the phone to confirm I could do this and they said yes. I drove AN HOUR to this place to get my refund and the lady told me there’s no refunds allowed?? Then she told me their receipts stated there’s no refunds and when I showed her it clearly doesn’t state that she just prompts “oh well there’s no refunds”. Then she has the nerve to try and make another sale...It’s clear they care more about money even when THEY messed up by telling me I can get a refund also gave me no receipt to back up their so called “no refund policy”. One thing you never do is play with someone’s money especially when I spend a huge amount. Also I found many of their items from the original sellers, they just make it a little more expensive for profit. Long story short if you’re gonna purchase something here make sure you REALLY want it especially since their items are over $400 and ask for a damn receipt with their policies when you pay cash because somehow they only do receipts for credit card stuff with no...

Ive been in search for the perfect vanity , that would fit just right in a certain space in my room. I went in and was helped right away, given multiple options and even when I wasn’t sure about the measurements - Lubia made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my choice before actually purchasing. To say the least - the desk I chose out was more perfect! The mirror, so cute and all the functions worked exactly as promised! I saw Figueroa Furniture advertised on IG and everything looked so pretty I had to pull up!!! It was everything I’d hope for and MORE!! Lubia was such a dope soul with a great personality, she was very knowledgeable about the products and made the process super easy!!!I literally wanted to buy EVERYTHING!!! Quality furniture that’s going to last FOREVER, not the cheap stuff like many of their competitors!! Reasonably priced, even the delivery/set up fee was decent!!
