El Dorado Inn — Hotel in Lynwood

The people who runs this place are something else. Made a reservation through an travel site. The room was paid for through the site from mu debit card. When I arrived it was kind of difficult to grasp that when they saw me they told me that I had to put down $100.00 cash deposit in which none of this was listed on the booking site. I felt it was a slap in the face because the room was nothing special. As I tried to question the deposit the lady behind the glass was getting mad as if I really cared. I paid for a smoking room but was told I must smoke outside. I told her that I wouldn't be smoking outside of the room because I clearly paid for a smoking room. Once I arrived to the motel, Tina would not let me check in because the reservation was originally under my wife’s name. Understandable, but was cleared by airbnb after a phone call for verification. Although it was cleared, she still had a hostile demeanor towards me later that night. She told me a few hours later that I could not park on the premises and she had already called a towing company, even though the reservation and Tina herself said I could have one car.
