Arts Unlimited — Attraction in South Hadley

I’ve been in this store a few times yet the last time was on small business Sat. The younger girl was friendly when we walked in but as we ventured further into the store there was a women where the art was short dark hair. I went to ask her a question said excuse me and asked the question. She didn’t even turn to acknowledge me, ok she didn’t hear me I thought to myself so I said excuse me ma’am. Again. nada. I then said helloooo because at that point she was ridiculous. I said ok well I guess you get zero business from me today or ever again and left. I was with my small family and we supported every business in the commons from food to book store, moxy, blessed be, and even the movies. I will Never step foot in this store again. It’s funny I’m writing this review now only because someone just told me this evening, they had the same awful experience in there. The greeter at cash register very friendly yet people clearly a click or brown nosing customers that they “think” are wealthier than others with wine and champagne and ignoring others. Let me tell you people , ALL money is Green and you have no clue who has what. Keep that in mind the next time you snoot your nose up to patrons and humble yourself a bit more.
