we attended a three day family reunion at the cabins at Zephyr Cove. The campground is perfect for that, as the kids can run crazy around the place and use up all that extra energy they have. The beach is clean and smooth with plenty of room, and the water is fine for swimming if you can handle the cold temperature. Cabins are rustic and dated and fairly expensive, but who cares in this wonderful setting? Reservations must be made months in advance.
