C 3 Designs — Attraction in South Milwaukee

I have so many extremely positive experiences to share. First, my husband had gotten a gorgeous bracelet online and went to our regular jeweler for an appraisal. We got the appraisal and when we went back to them to have it cleaned, they said stones were loose and that it was too dangerous for them to clean or even repair!! Said it was poorly made. Super weird since they appraised it positively, so we were left with this bracelet and no where to clean it. That's when my husband found C3 Designs. He took it there and they agreed that some stones were loose but didn't feel it was so terrible at all. They tightened and cleaned it at a very reasonable value and it still looks stunning! More importantly, they earned our trust. Secondly, my husband decided to surprise me and take a beloved piece of costume jewelry in and make it genuine. I wore that costume pendant every single day so if it was different, I would have been disappointed and probably wouldn't even want to wear the genuine one. They replicated perfectly!!! Again reasonable, fair, and extremely well made piece of jewelry. Our daughter has also gone there for special orders and adjustments on inherited jewelry. Everyone is so kind and helpful and there is a real FAMILY feel there. I found a beautiful ring with a gorgeous design by Chris that I wear regularly as well. My most recent experience was the most special. This involved my wedding set. For our tenth anniversary, my husband decided to upgrade my center stone, only he got a whole new wedding set too. Only I LOVED my original set. So I wanted the new stone in the original set and the original stone in the new set. Well this meant dropping off both sets somewhere I trusted. Plus, allowing someone to "monkey" (for lack of a better term) with my wedding rings! Well the only person I could trust with such a task was Chris at C3 Designs. He answered my questions, I tried to restrain myself and not bug him while he worked his magic but there were calls lol. He put up with my status calls with kind words and reassurances. When I ultimately picked up my rings I was elated with the results! They were perfect! I can't say it enough, reasonably priced, he provided new appraisals, and took care of everything. I recommend C3 Designs to anyone looking for current designs, a new piece, a replica, a special order, anything and everything jewelry related...this is YOUR...

I called ahead to see if they could mount an oval opal on a simple gold band and they told me no problem. So my daughter and I enter the store and a nice sales lady shows us some nice selections and a rude, heavyset gentleman employee yells to the nice sales person don't show them the prong settings I don't want to do one of those (without giving any explanation). He then yells show them something from the next case without prongs. If you are a store that prides itself on making custom pieces, your first concern should be what the customer wants and talk to them to explain what a good setting would be. This heavy set gentleman never even bothered to talk to us to see what my daughter would like or explain why he didn't want to make that particular setting. Fortunately the masked female sales associate was very nice. I am absolutely blown away! I was so unsure about making my dream come true, of having my two rings put together and I went for it. When it was far from what I expected, I was much more skeptical of having my 1921 art deco ring and newer custom designed ring manipulated any further. When I was told about C3 designs, I went in with the same attitude of uncertainty, and I could not have walked in a better establishment! My vision was heard.
