The Jurassic Alcove — Attraction in South Park Township

Heard about Jurassic Alcove from a coworker and knew it was something I wanted to check out. The owner Dom went above and beyond for my son and his friend. When I was in the area and reached out regarding hours they were unfortunately closed but he still offered to come open and set up for us. Dom has a true passion and love for dinosaurs and it shows through his commitment and drive to educate others, young and old alike. This man knows his stuff and we all learned a lot. He created something special, and different and I would highly recommend checking it out for yourself. The boys had a blast with the informational tour, hands on experience with fossils, interactive activities, and fun stem projects that were available to us. Hands down 10/10, go check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Also, for the parents, I was told there will be a 21+ night being held in the near future so yeah be on that look out for that! Because what’s better than Dino’s and cocktails??...

We just left here and boy I actually have to say this place was awesome form our 3 year old and 16 year old which is hard to find considering their age gap. there was something for everyone here. The guy's name is Dom and what an outstanding man this gentleman is. He made incredible use of the space. He was so kind to us taking us on a tour of everything involved not only the kids but the parents as well. he talked to us for quite a while and he knows so many things. We left there with some awesome items from the gift shop and wish we had more money to donate to this place because we were absolutely delighted to come here. Well worth the drive. I can't say enough good things about this place and the hospitality he provided. we will definitely be coming...

We got to experience something truly special Since our boy loves dinosaurs so much, we found a dinosaur museum and we took him to The Jurassic Mag’s The Jurassic Alcove dinosaur exhibit just outside of Pittsburgh. This place is perfect for kids and adults alike. We had an amazing time! For fans of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World, the memorabilia and dinosaur displays are a must-see. From old playstation Jurassic park games and STEM activities for kids including a fossil dig, to old Jurassic park toys and figurines, to autographed actor/actress pictures all the way to some really awesome artwork and paleontology field work set ups, they put so much time and love into this!
