Rented out this building for a grad party. Kitchen was small but doable. Bar area with sink and tubs. Came with tables and chairs. Lots of space to work with. Bathrooms are inside, which was nice. The only downside is it’s HOT in there. No AC! There are fans in there but I would bring more.

Definitely roomy enough for a large gathering. The only downfall is no air conditioning and one large fan for a large crowd in the whole building. . Advice.....don't book this venue during the hottest months, many people had to leave earlier...

We attended a wedding reception here July 2017. It was BLAZING hot in there! There is no air conditioning and the sun was beating in making it very uncomfortable. The temperature had to be above 90 in there. If you plan an event here...
