The Portland Players — Attraction in South Portland

Sam and his team at Portland Players Theater are incredible. We rented out the venue for the filming of a high profile keynote address for a new venture in Wellness Tech. With very short notice Sam, Chachi, and additional volunteers leaped into action to source and install a green screen that we needed for our backdrop. If that wasn't enough the onscreen talent had a mishap with shipping and didn't have the prop he needed to film a specific scene, the guys at Portland Players again came to the rescue, driving to their house to pick up a VR headset for us to use during our shoot. Love this place , but the air conditioning was blowing at us with a Gail force. Went out front to ask if they could turn it down and was immediately told they needed to keep it cool for the actors on stage, which I get, but there has to be a way to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Second time this has happened. I think you can do better. ...
