Everything about this place is wrong. First thing I saw when I walked in was that nothing was clean. Even the chairs are covered in caked on stuff from god knows what. The only thing worse than that is ho unfriendly the staff is. Another very friendly customer (an elderly man) was talking to me and my 5 month old when one of the cashiers snapped at him and told him to leave my kid alone. He wasn't doing anything to make me or my child offended, and that cashier really didn't have a place in that social situation. I had never been so cringed by a customer service worker in my life. But what happened next is even weirder. I walk up to the counter to make an order and she excuses herself to go get her baby to show mine. After a bit the other baby is brought out and she has to first have me wash my babies hands, and the reason for that is she said, was because the old man shook my babies hands, and commented how unhygienic he was. Excuse me? what does she have against old men? Why do my babies hands need to be washed if the rest of the bakery isn't being washed at all? These kinds of things only happen in...

I love The Cookie Jar! I frequently tell my friends and family that they need to stop by and experience the awesomeness that is The Cookie Jar. A friend introduced me to the Cookie Jar a few years ago and now I can't stay away. My favorite is their red velvet donuts..(also favorite among family and friends too). You'll have to get there early because they sell out fast, once they're out, they're out for the day (once in awhile they make more in the afternoon but it's not guaranteed). They have a variety of coffees, juices and other drinks offered. As well as cannoli, breads, cookies, Whoopie pies, pies, muffins and donuts...and more. I recently tried their red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip muffins very sweet and plan on getting again on my next visit. The staff are super nice... I've never had a bad experience here.
