I called and talked to Marvin about checking my battery. He told me to come in, which I did in 15 minutes. When I got there, there were no other customers in the store, but Marvin told me he couldn't check my battery because he was the only employee there. I'm handicapped and it takes a large effort on my part to do such a trip, only to encounter an inept, lying Marvin the sales clerk. No apology, no, "can you come back?", nothing.
