Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

My last two experiences with this papa John's... The last time I ordered a pizza and after about 45 minutes to an hour I started wondering where the pizza was. I looked outside, There's no pizza man and definitely know pizza. They never delivered the pizza, although the delivery driver said that he delivered it to my place describing a home that look nothing like mine. I'd argue with him for 30 minutes before they finally refunded my pizza and decided to bring me a new one. This time I was supposed to have a refund and their system for a free pizza for last time .they didn't have that, I decided order from them again. This time I went to pick the pizza up, got home and the pizza was black all over the bottom and black all over the top burn to a crisp. I called them. Let them know what happened off of the photo that I posted on this review. They didn't want to see the photo they wanted me to go drive in 0° weather again to go pick up a pizza but they already burnt and sent me home with... How is it on me to bring that pizza back, go get another one, drive, give them the burnt pizza back and bring home another one... The refused to send the delivery driver or refund the pizza. So either I keep the burnt one or have to drive back all the way over to supper road and return this to get my money back or receive a new...

We have ordered from this place twice and both times our experience was horrible. The first time we told them specifically we could NOT have cheese on the pizza. You think it would be easy not having to put on meat OR cheese but no they made it complicated. The vegetables on it were completely wrong and both had cheese. They acted like we inconvenienced THEM because they had to remake it. So we sat in the parking lot an additional 25 minutes for our correct order. No apology, no discount, nothing. The guy who handed it out then blatantly told us we should just pick off everything we didn't want. The second time we ordered for delivery and the wait time was 25-30 minutes. Well we are still waiting for two simple pizzas, no sides, no dessert or drinks, just two pizzas and so far it has been 75 minutes. We called and asked where it was about 25 minutes ago and they said they were on their way. We called AGAIN just now and it's already made sitting on the counter but they havent left yet. So we we were lied to by the person saying it was "on the way" and still have yet to receive our food. We also never got the text updates we gave them our phone number for and not even the confirmation email that our order was received! We will NEVER be ordering from this...

This place used to have amazing service, not any more. You now have a manager who just doesn't care. Online said 19-29 minutes. I left the house after 20 minutes. Pulled up to the drive thru. The woman told me it wasn't ready yet. After waiting another 20 minutes the so called manager came and took my money and said it was ready. I then waited another 10 minutes for him to give me my order. I get home and instead of giving me my pizza he took a small cheese sticks and put it in a pizza box. I drive back up there and walked in. After waiting over 5 minutes I said excuse me can someone please help me. They took the the pizza box and said they would remake my pizza. I then waited another 20 minutes and had to say excuse me again and ask if that pizza was ready. They brought me the pizza. During this entire time nobody apologized or offered to sit my cheesesticks under the warmer. So by the time I got home I had a hot pizza and cold nasty cheesesticks. I understand places are short staffed but that's no excuse for horrible service. Your manager exhibits absolutely no customer service.
