Worse experience ever. So I ordered lots of ice cream and a number 1 with only mayonnaise on the burger and I got everything on it. Not too happy sense inside is close and I have to get back in line but wasn’t going to be a big deal. When I got to the speaker I told the lady my number 1 wasn’t made right and her immediate response was we going to need that burger back, in which she kept repeating. Never said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I asked to have fries replaced since they would be cold about time I got my burger and her response was the same. So I waited about 20 mins to get to the window and ate some of the fries while waiting. When I get to the front they take the bag and come back mins later with only a burger and said they will not replace the fries because they were half eaten. No sorry you had to wait 20 mins here you go for the inconvenience. They act as if they were doing me a favor by replacing my burger. So I told him to take back all the melted ice cream since he didn’t want to replace my fries that I was going to keep, but since they were acting that way they could have all the ice cream we were going to eat when we got home. At first he told me no numerous times then the lady came to the front and refunded it but you could tell she didn’t want to. By far the worse experience I have ever had and barely ever come to Dairy Queen but this will be my last!! Please avoid this store at all cost. The owner was working the front register when my girlfriend, her little brother and I arrived. Immediately could pick him out and asked if he was the owner as he was in a flannel and jeans.
Very nice guy, I originally forgot to purchase the drink for my girlfriends younger brother and went back up to purchase it.
He gave us a free small drink for him with a smile on his face.
Very kind owner usually reflects very kind staff which is true in this location.
Building was clean and the drinks were not flat or over carbonated.
Food was extremely fresh and hot when served. Cheese curds were wonderful as well as the chicken and fries. The gravy was a bit runny, but actually tasted better runny than the normal thick gravy every other DQ serves!

Have been going to this DQ for decades but tonight was just an example of how bad and incompetent this place can be. Ordered 2 Chili Cheese Dogs with American cheese, no shredded cheese. Was charged for the American cheese. Got home, opened the bag and my dogs where placed in the bag standing up. Not only did I NOT have any American cheese on it but what little shredded cheese was there and chili all ran down off the dog and collected at the bottom of the container and in the bottom of the bag. WHO PUTS CHILI DOGS IN THE BAG THIS WAY?! Called and talked to the 17 yr old “manager” who didn’t know what to do, hung up on me when she put me on hold, I called back and she took my name down and said she was sorry and will replace them.
