I'm a big boxing fan, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. began using Cryotherapy a few years ago and it was helping with inflammation, soreness and recovery. I was always curious about it. Now that I am training 6 days a week and getting results I want to ensure my body continues stays healthy and recovers well enough to continue giving me optimal results in the gym. Little did I know that Cryotherapy has a lot of benefits for your body and thanks to Sharmaine and Chantell we have been reaping those benefits from cryo. Our bodies feel great relaxed and with a true boost of energy each day we do it. We've been going twice a day and its definitely helping us in training and overall health. My girlfriend and I have signed up for an unlimited membership and it includes a great Compression therapy service NormaTec. Sharmaine is who usually takes care of us evening and weekends she's a very informative, kind and attentive to us each time and really makes you feel at home. Chantell is there in the afternoon and she's professional and attentive keeps you comfortable throughout the freezing process which we can all appreciate. I can't stress enough how friendly the crew at this iCryo is they make the experience so much better for us (its a bit alarming to freeze for 3 minutes) but the girls do their best to keep us smiling and offer us a bottle of water once we're heading to compression therapy which is awesome and they have a TV with sports on so you are just kicking back for aa few minutes in a very clean friendly environment refueling your legs in compression therapy. I highly recommend it to anyone in chronic pain or training or just a health enthusiast. They'll take great care of you at...
Read moreAs a first-time customer, I was disappointed with the level of service I received during my visit on 05-28-25. Upon arrival, I was not offered a facility tour, which would have been helpful for someone unfamiliar with ICRYO's services and layout. During my compression therapy session, I asked if I could include both arms and legs in my treatment. The staff member, Ariana, informed me that only legs would be covered that day, despite the facility not appearing busy at the time. When I questioned this limitation, she suggested I could do arms "next time" - which makes absolutely no sense. Why would I need to make separate appointments for different body parts when the equipment and time were clearly available? This arbitrary restriction felt completely illogical and unnecessarily inconvenient. Additionally, I was not proactively offered a sweat towel before entering the sauna. When I returned and requested one, I was simply directed to retrieve it myself from the front desk rather than having it provided as part of the service. For a wellness facility like ICRYO, I expected a more welcoming and accommodating customer experience. The lack of attention to basic hospitality details, combined with nonsensical service limitations, left me with an overall negative impression. I hope the management addresses these customer service gaps and trains staff to be more flexible and logical in their approach to better serve...
Read moreI went in for a tour and $39 cryo session. I confirmed via text before I got there why I was going. When I arrived, there was no clear waiting area or work area. Employees had bags and hoodies laying around the computer where I inputted my own information. I was shown around a bit… taken by oxygen chamber where I could peek into the window if I wanted to (there was a client in there). There’s just no privacy at all. I mentioned I wouldn’t be getting the iv package because I already have another membership for that elsewhere and their prices are simply not competitive. This woman told me she looked at their prices and I was getting just a bag of saline. What in the world? Lol. Then she showed me the membership prices & just stared at me awkwardly. That was the only thing she was interested in selling I guess. She never offered the $39 cryo session or anything. I was very interested in the other services like infrared/im shots/sauna/cryo/compression that my drip spa doesn’t provide but plenty of other places do provide them with better attitudes. I gave her back her flyers and left. That woman was incredibly rude. Total disappointment & complete...
