J.J. is the Firehouse Subs MVP! From the second I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. J.J. greeted me with a smile that could light up a room, just like the neon Firehouse Subs sign. His service was impeccable, making me feel like a VIP.

J.J. crafted my sub with the precision of a master chef. Each ingredient was perfectly placed, and the flavors were out of this world. It was as if J.J. had taken a regular sandwich and turned it into a culinary masterpiece. The way he handled my order, you'd think he was making it for the President!

When I took my first bite, I was in sandwich heaven. J.J.'s attention to detail and passion for his work truly shone through. Having worked customer service for nearly 3 decades & being a business owner for 13 years, I have to say that the Bissonette FH gets it! I walked in this evening and the staff were joyfully working and singing! They were also engaging and personable with customers and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. With so much going on in the world, this level of customer service culture is refreshing. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My food is always fresh and hot and I just want to say thanks to Twan- the African American guy with the dreads, the nice African guy with the bald head and the Hispanic young lady (forgive me. I live in the galleria area and thought Firehouse subs was still in their location on the second level of the shopping center off Richmond and Weslayan across from Buffalo Wild Wings. I was a little bummed I got there and it was no longer there. I drive a bit further into Bellaire to visit this location because I wanted to introduce my partner to your food! I genuinely love the food , the message and the loyalty to assist fire fighters in the community and beyond.
