I brought my engagement ring in to have a prong fixed, a diamond replaced and be resized. They were also supposed to check and secure all other prongs. It took 4 weeks for it to be finished. When I picked it up in August, the ring looked alright. I immediately noticed that replacement diamond was dramatically smaller than the rest of the diamonds, which I wasn’t very pleased about obviously. But come September I also noticed that a new prong had snapped off and a different prong had been moved during the work, making a different diamond unstable. I called to see if they had even a 30 day warranty on their work, to which I was told I must have been too hard on my ring and it wouldn’t be covered. This whole situation has been very upsetting especially since I paid so much to have this all fixed. On top of all of that, the woman who helped me was very rude when it came to my engagement ring. She mentioned it should have been a birthday present not an engagement ring, because it was too small. Also that I should make my husband “upgrade” it to something bigger. I took my engagement ring, which I’ve had for 22 years, to get fixed because the diamond fell off. I paid almost $500 for them to repair it and redo the prongs. My husband picked it up, and at first glance it looked okay. But when I looked closer, one of the prongs was placed right in the middle of the diamond instead of on the corner where it’s supposed to be.

I only wore it twice before it got messed up again. When I went back, they blamed me, saying I must have had an “accident” that bent the prongs. Really? After 22 years of wearing this ring without any issues, suddenly their repair job fails after two uses and it’s somehow my fault?

According to them, it’s my word against theirs, and they hide behind their so-called “quality check” procedure. But if they won’t take my word, why should I take theirs? They’re basically calling me a liar instead of standing by their work.

This is completely unacceptable. Terrible service, poor craftsmanship, and zero accountability. The warranty is worthless, and they refuse to take responsibility. I would never recommend this place, save your money and your jewelry, go...

I can't put anything less than a 1 star, otherwise I would. I would never recommend anyone to go here for a watch battery replacement. Firstly I never got a new battery. While they were replacing the battery they had lost a part of watch that holds the hands to the face. It happens, watch pieces are super small. Got the ticket for the repair. The ticket said repairs would be finished by a certain date. Which was exactly 2 weeks to the day, never called to bug them or to see the progress of my watch repair. I'm sure they were busy and didnt need anyone calling over something as simple as a watch repair. I also never got any kind of updates from them. Called them on the date it was supposed to be finished, only to find out that I would have to wait another 2 weeks or more. Not only is this watch super important to me because it's my "wedding ring" but now I have to find another place to hopefully repair my freaking watch. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
