Swig — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

i’ve been going here for about a year now and i came in yesterday and had the worst and most humiliating experience ever with the manger. she took my order and my sisters and we both had fundraiser cards my sister wanted extra puree and the manger said that they have to charge an extra .65 so why would be pay all this money for free drinks but still have to pay when no other swig is doing that? i payed for it anyways and went to the window to get our drinks and remember its two drinks. i give the girl my card to check off and my sisters she does two on mine and one on my sisters when i asked if she marked mine twice she said yes i told her i only got two drinks and she marked us down for three. i asked her if there was any way to get that drink back whatever worked best for her she said she was going to go talk to someone and came back with the same manger from earlier. now i don’t know if she was holding a grudge or what but she just starts accusing me of stealing and scamming them. i tried to explain what happened and she asked to see our cards so i show them to her and she again says that she believes her team and that we are trying to get a free drink. again we only had two drinks and three marks. so i showed her that all three marks had the same pen mark because the rest of mine was done in marker again she tells me she’s believes her team and i again said i just showed you i wasn’t lying. she at last told me “ill let you have it this time” i have never wanted to hit my head against a wall harder she had made us hold up the line accuse me of scamming them and humiliated me all in 10 minutes. i just told her i wanted my drinks so i could leave. not once did i hear a sorry. her name was sierra i come to learn and i have never ever been more upset about trying to just get two...

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast food place. Swig is normally good but this was so far below the bar. Somehow we got the correctly named drinks but we all had a different sizes even though we all ordered 24 oz. I noticed that mine didn’t taste right, looked at the sticker and I saw that it swapped Mt dew for diet Dr Pepper. I don’t really care, it’s just impressive there was any confusion when we were clear in our order. I’ve worked fast food and it’s really not hard. Put flavoring into the soda and hand it out the window.

With that, THEY WERE SO SLOW!!! Two people working inside took a solid five minutes for 3 drinks. That’s on top of waiting probably 30 minutes for the 6 cars in front of us. Outstanding. To top it off I heard them complaining that they had people continuing to enter the line. Dude, it’s your job. I know you’re in high school and options are limited...

This Swig is awful! Most of the time they get my order wrong.Tonight they got my order wrong plus they were rude about it! I waited in line for about 20 minutes and as I was pulling away I noticed that they forgot the cream in my Guava Have It. When you pay almost $5 for a drink you expect it to be what you ordered! Obviously I didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes so I pulled to the side and asked the girl if she could fix the mistake. She did but then she said “Next time this happens you have to get back in line!” I said I didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes for their mistake. She kept saying “That’s the rules!!” and “We don’t take walk up orders!!” Please tell me how that makes any sense? It was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back...
