So I sent my daughter to get me food with extra sauce and she came back and it was full of water I had to dump it out . Still lots of water in it . So I sent her down to get it fixed and they wouldn’t fix it . So she came back and told me so I called , the employee argued with me said I wanted it sloppy and I said no I just wanted extra sauce not watery and I said I know what I’m talking about and RAY whom answered the phone hung up on me and yes, I do know his name and I will be using it when I talk to a manager. I I tried to call back because he hung up on me and he purposely wouldn’t pick up again . I don’t recommend going there when there’s not a manager because apparently THESE KIDS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING . I have been once a week since it opened and wow after this I don’t think I’ll be back ever again . This isn’t how you treat your Customers. Very disappointing how this was handled . Completely unprofessional! I was very calm and asked for it to be fixed or my money back and RAY ACTED LIKE A CHILD AND HUNG UP ON ME . The neighbor girl who wasnt on shift after all this took place was the one who actually corrected it for me . What bothers me the most is I paid for my food and the neighbor girl said here you can have mine for free , um no she shouldn’t have to do that . I paid I should have gotten my order corrected without the girl giving up her own meal to correct the issue . As many times as I have been since it has opened I’ve never once ordered any differently nor had so much water in the bowl . Completely disgusted with their service and the rudeness my whole family had to endure. We were trying to decide what to get as we have never been. They asked if we could know how many bowl we wanted. We said we didn’t know yet and to give us a minute. As we look at the menu to figure that out another lady comes up demanding how many bowls we wanted. I said we didn’t know yet to just give us a minute. Before I could say to my husband what I’m thinking to order she interrupts says I just really need to know now how many bowls. We looked at our kids and said let’s go somewhere else….and we did! When I asked for their names both girls took off to the back room. All happened in less than 3 minutes in the store. I’ve never encountered such rude service before. If that is how this company operates I will never go there. And will make sure everyone knows how they treat a family coming...
