Duncan Park Stadium — Attraction in Spartanburg

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. I have never received such poor customer service. I purchased a hat for my husband for Christmas in November. My card was charged. I never received any communication in any capacity regarding my order and never received it. I tried calling multiple times and they never answered, now the number on their website says it’s not even an available number. Their customer service email listed is also not a real email. Their customer service request on their page I’ve never received a follow up from. I even managed through the league to get a hold of the owners email and over the last month I’ve emailed him 3 times and he has never followed up. Save your wallet from being scammed and yourself from grief and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. We were passing thru during Christmas break and I thought I'd see if the stadium still existed....obviously it's still there. My brother, Jim Coady, pitched there in 1969 for the Phillies. He often mentioned how he loved Spartanburg and pitching for the Phillies. ....so for me...it was a great Christmas gift...to see where my brother once pitched. The old time atmosphere is still there and I hope the stadium lives on for...

You want an honest review? The stadium needs to be torn down and rebuilt somewhere else. I'm all for history but it should be condemned. Cash only at concession stands but not at the ticket booth. There should be an ATM or a credit card machine. Sound system was horrible. No flag flying during the National Anthem. The kids throwing a ball back and forth was more entertaining. The ketchup...
