We went tonight for the first time with our family and took my 4 and 5 year old. After being ignored for several minutes for the staff to finish up conversations we did the package with bumper cars and ballocity. We get to the bumper car line and the guy says its only for 5 year olds even though the sign by the front door has a 36" height requirement for it...no worries...we go get a refund and look at other options. As we are ready to move ahead with just the ballocity, the bumper car staff walks up to the i believe management on board and hes with a little girl. He tells the manager the little girl is 4 but someone has already let her on so she says thats okay. I ask if there are exceptions and she says well there's a policy but since shes already been on then nothing she could do....okay...lol. anyway e decide to let the kids play while we browse the menu on the website. We go up to order and notice the prices are higher at the counter. I ask the staff and she says that they just did an overhaul and upped their prices. Okay so maybe update your website.
The BIGGEST sleazy thing though is they charge just a liiiiitle bit less if you pay with cash. Like its really not that much difference between cash and card so why even bother. Just charge the credit card fee across the board. Its the principle of thinking people carry that much cash around to save a little discount.
The pizza was bland but after waiting for a good 30 minutes we got buzzed back to be told something happened with our order and she'd throw in some funnel cake fries. Those were pretty good.
All in all, our initial visit was EXTREMELY disappointing and im not sure if will be back until maybe staff have had more training and it doesn't seem like the owners are trying to pull a fast one. We actually would have left after the initial conversation regarding the bumper cars but we had promised our...

The arcade has a great selection of both classic and modern games, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a fan of vintage pinball machines, cutting-edge VR experiences, or competitive racing games, Flight 509 has it all. I particularly enjoyed the variety of interactive games, which made the experience even more engaging and entertaining.
The staff at Flight 509 were friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They were always on hand to assist with any questions and made sure the machines were well-maintained and in excellent working order. The cleanliness and organization of the arcade were also top-notch, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
One of the standout features of Flight 509 is their rewards system. Collecting tickets and redeeming them for cool prizes added an extra layer of excitement to the experience. The prize selection was impressive, catering to all ages with a range of fun and unique items.
In addition to the games, Flight 509 also offers a cozy café area where you can take a break and enjoy some snacks and drinks. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, providing the perfect fuel for more gaming adventures.

Read moreI was a regular customer since you first opened your doors. I recommended Flight 509 to everyone. It’s significantly gone downhill the last few months. I have never left a negative review in my life, but the recent experiences definitely earned it. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff rather than paying customers. The service was slow, and when we did finally get someone’s attention, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other. The language used by staff around children was an absolute disgrace.
As for the Cafe, it use to be my favorite part. The service and quality use to be amazing. However now it is the worst, and disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Bland, poorly presented, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect for the price and wait. It felt like no care went into the preparation at all.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking for an example of what not to do.
Not every person that visits your establishment signs in. I am with other visitors and never tried out any of the attractions personally, my health does not allow me too. We also had no desire to be harassed by you for leaving this VERY HONEST review. That is entirely why it was left from this account so you can’t reach out. It’s clear that several other customers have had very similar and terrible experiences. We as paying customers deserve the ability to leave reviews...
