Blissful Blends — Restaurant in Millwood

I spend anywhere from 5-20 a day at this stand and am generally treated very well. However after today u have lost my business. It SHOULD NOT MATTER WHYI ASK U TO REMAKE IT. U DON'T HAVE TO FLIP AN ATTITUDE. I HAVR ASKED EVERY PERSON THAT MAKES MY COFFEE AND THEY ALL SAY THEY PUT ABOUT 5 SCOOPS OF WHITE CHOCOLATE. THE OTHE DAY THE SAME GIRL LONG HAIR, BLONDE AND NOT VALERIE, DONT KNOW HER NAME, PUTS LIKE MAYBE 4. I GET 6 SHOTS SO ITS WAS WAY BITTER. SO I ASKED FOR LIKE JUST A LITTLE MORE.....TODAY SHE PUTS 8 FREAKING SCOOPS AND WHEN I ASKED WHY IT WAS LIKE CHEWING SURUP SHE GOT THE WORST ATTITUDE SAYS I MAKE IT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND SNATCHED IT OUT OF MY HAND. I THEN ASK VAL WHO ALWAYS ALWAYS MAKES IT PERFECT AND SHE SAID SHE PUTS 7-8 IN. ...... I KNOW SHE WAS JUST HAVING HER CO WORKERS BACK BUT ITS BS. I WATCH THEM EVERYTIME AND NEVER EVER EVER HAVE I SEEN THEM PUT 8 IN THATS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. MY COFFEE IS ALWAYS DARK BROWN BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF SHOTS AND I JUST GET IT PACKED WITY ICE AND A SPLASH OF MILK. TODAY ITS ALMOST WHITE AS MILK. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHY THAT IS EITHER. SO AFTER VAL SAID SHE PUT 8 IN I MOST CERTAINLY NOT GONNA HAVE THEM REMAKE IT. SO I GO TO THE MISSION STAND AND IM NOT KIDDING HER FACE DROPPED. AS I SAID 8 IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND ALL SHE WAS TRYING TO DO WAS BE FESECIOUS. THEY REMADE WITH 5 SCOOPS AND SPLASH OF MILK LIKE I ASKED AND IT WAS PERFECT. BOTTOM LINE ITS NOT THERE DAMN MONEY NOR ARE THEY DRIINKING IT. IF I WANT IT MADE A CERTAIN WAY OR I DONT LIKE IT JUST REMAKE AND MOVE ON. BEING A SNOT JUST LOOSES U BUSINESS. IM SERIOUSLY DUMBFOUNDED BY HOW SHE ACTED OVER A...

I usually love this place it's typically my go to spot but today was not a good day here. I ordered 4 drinks, spent $30 and didn't get what I ordered. I asked for 1 drink to only have 16oz of the red tiki as I have to limit my caffine intake and know exactly how many ounces if that particular engery drink I can have and I asked for them to have light ice as it hurts my teeth. I watched her fill my cups to the top with ice, I asked her to dump some out she dumped out very little, so I had to ask multiple times for the ice to be dumped. After she made my drinks I asked which one had the 16oz of tiki in it and I was told "well I made them the same" I said well that isn't what I asked for. She proceeded to hand me my drinks. I know have a drink I can drink very little of because she chose not to listen to my order. My orders weren't hard and almost all the same drink. I usually always have a great experience with this location but paying $30 for drinks I had to argue about and still be made wrong makes me not want to stop...

I've ordered coffee from Blissful well over 20 times through GrubHub and I've always been very satisfied with how great the coffee is. However, after today, I won't do business here again. There isn't an option to add a splash of cream to an americano on their app, so I simply add a note asking to please add it due to not having said option. I get a message from GH stating that Blissful literally charged me extra $ for the cream... In an americano.... I didn't ask for "extra cream." If that were the case, I would understand the upcharge, but I just asked for a regular amount that anyone would ask for in their drink. I tried to call the shop on Trent to discuss this matter, however, it went straight to a full voicemail twice. The cost of the upcharge itself isn't the issue.... it's the overall idea that it's ok to price gouge in such a tight economy to a loyal customer....
