The installation of our new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini-split system was completed today, and we’re thrilled to share with you how extremely satisfied we are with the service we received.

From our initial phone conversations with Rachel, who efficiently and courteously helped streamline the initial scheduling; to the thorough and informative site visit, logistics, and estimate process with Bryan; and ultimately through the 4-day install done by Isaac and JR, we received nothing less than superior service. Isaac and JR were very professional, punctual, quiet and respectful, and pleasant to have in our home. We greatly appreciate the time and effort they took to conceal most of the exterior lines and minimize the visual impact of the condenser/branch box locations, something we’ve been dissatisfied with in our experience with previous HVAC companies. They maintained a clean and neat work site, and they quickly and thoroughly tidied up at the end of each day. Following final adjustments today, Isaac patiently answered our questions and educated us regarding future maintenance and cleaning of our new system. We have worked with two other local HVAC companies for the install and repair of mini-split systems, and Northwest Renewables is clearly a superior service. Northwest Renewables is a great company. My wife and I have been homeowners for at least 14 years, and in that time, we have had many renovations and mechanical upgrades. We have worked with quite a few different contractors; hands down, Northwest Renewables is the best company and crew we've ever worked with. Gavin and his team are complete professionals, upfront with costs. They commited to do a job that other companies were unwilling to attempt. William and Issac worked through the fires last August and September. This team was committed to our families well being during the pandemic. We appreciate their patience while working out the kinks with the units' final installation and the upgrade to our electrical box. They installed 3 Mitsubishi mini ductless splits and upgraded our electrical box to handle the additional load. I am happy to report that this addition to our heating and cooling system has helped balance the house's temperature(s). We couldn't be more satisfied with the end product and service. We just downsized and had a new home under construction in a new development on Spokane’s South Hill. We wanted to have the home wired for solar and other future needs (panels, electric car charging, batteries, etc). We contacted NWR and two other companies for bids. The bids were quite competitive, once we worked through our actual needs and ensured consistency on the products being quoted. NWR, and in particular Grant Neely, were responsive, competitive, and ultimately our choice for the job. It was done in two phases - pre-wiring for panels and meter, and any add-on’s; and then the final solar panel installation. Our roof would accommodate 14 panels (it’s small), but the offset for our electric costs is significant, particularly in the spring - summer months. The system has performed consistent with the projections, and we feel that we are contributing to clean and renewable energy production. It should be something we should all do if at all possible. We can either pay the costs now, or pay the price later! We are extremely satisfied, and will be repeat and likely long term customers. Even though our electric prices are low, it just makes sense to maximize our generation of clean renewable energy, and reduce any future reliance on fossil fuel.
