GameStop — Attraction in Spring Hill

There is an employee that works here that every time we walk in he’s rude as hell. He lies about product being on hold for people when policy states they can’t hold product for anyone. We walk in and he already has an attitude saying that they don’t have any product that we need to read the door. He lies and says that they don’t have any product and then turns around right in front of me and gives it to someone else. Be in mind that we have ALWAYS been kind and respectful to this boy even though every time we come in he ALWAYS has some smartass remark to say. He has TERRIBLE customer service skills. If we owned this business, I would seriously consider who I hired. We are SICK of this treatment. He’s a little thick and mixed boy, but more so lighter skinned...

I went to Gamestop today to see if they had a game my son and I have been looking for. The game was not on the shelf but a nice worker named Ashton came and asked if he could help us. I explained the situation and he said he would check the back. He came out stating that the game was in and it would take him just a minute to unbox and add it into the system. Once entered, he rang us up and we were good to go. In today’s world, motivated and positive workers are hard to come by. It seems like this Gamestop is having a hard time keeping folks lately. Used to love this GameStop and would always go here for any preorder or game premiere. The new manager is fantastic and seems very knowledgeable and friendly, however, I had a very poor experience with an employee today. Seemed like she was visibly and audibly annoyed with me even walking into the store, constantly sighing and giving me attitude. No one else was in the store and she still fussed about trading in a phone making me feel very unwelcome and even stupid for asking.
