If I could post a zero, I would. Rooms: Appeared to be very comfortable until we noticed actual dirt and residue on the walls. The sliding door came off of the hinges while my son was attempting to use the restroom. There was some type of substance on the chair to the desk. My mother in law's room had actual footprints and dirt on the walls. When brought to the managers attention he stated he would significantly discount the rooms for the inconvenience (which he did). But upon checking my card today, we were charged $250 smoking fees FOR BOTH ROOMS! We're not smokers! I am appalled and feel we were retaliated against because of sharing our concerns. Mind you, the manager Evan came to our room to fix the sliding door and to look at the walls and we had children in both rooms. Who smokes while children present? I am absolutely disappointed in this stay. The hotel itself was nice and without the issues noted, this hotel could have earned 4 stars. Housekeeping should be more attentive to cleaning. ESPECIALLY when there is a pile up of dirt and other things present on multiple walls. I will be contacting the hotel, corporate, and my bank to get this rectified. We were robbed!
If those things don't turn you off, the hotel is very close in proximity to restuarants, a movie theater, and Target.
I wish I could have left a better review but you just don't do or treat people any ole' way because they have valid concerns.

Read moreI was excited when we pulled up to Hampton Inn Spring Hill. I made my reservation for two rooms a month in advance for my cousin’s wedding. I reserved 2 rooms for my elderly parents, aunt and uncle. We are early birds so we arrived at 1:40 and checkin is at 3:00pm. We were told that the room would be ready by 2:30—no problem. We came back at 2:40— the room still wasn’t ready—-a little irritated but no problem. One room becomes available. All 4 adults decide to get ready in one room. They are older and move slower. My uncle walks with a limp. I decide to get creative and get dressed in the public bathroom. The front desk is nonchalant but helpful—-no problem. They offered to give us one room free—-no problem. My aunt ask a maid if she can use a restroom in a room across the hall—-she said yes. I came back to the hotel around 5pm and ask if I can get a key to the 2nd room—-front desk agent tells me the room is... you guessed it... not clean and not ready—— HUGE problem. I call corporate. They tell me the same thing. I honestly got heated because no one gets it. I could not enjoy the wedding. Missed a huge chunk of it bc I was on the phone with corporate. I had to explain the situation 4 times. I get to Hampton Inn and speak to the manager and she cancelled our reservation. So this is how Hampton Inn corporate and Spring Hill TN treats customers who plan and prepare. Some of my family stated that they walked in that day and got a room with out a reservation. Read moreI am convinced that the level of hospitality and customer service here could not be topped by any other hotel out there. This hotel deserves 10 stars! We were staying for 3 nights for a wedding and we booked our trip as a package through expedia. Unfortunately, expedia never paid the hotel like they were supposed to and the hotel did their job by charging us for our stay when we checked in (although we already paid expedia months prior) This seemed to have also happened to about 4 other couples going to the wedding. Well, the hotel was ON IT! They contacted expedia, assured us more than once about what steps they were taking to resolve the issue, called the credit card company that they charged, even stayed later than their shifts ended to make sure we knew we would be refunded. They were SO friendly, so helpful and so apologetic even though this was not their fault. I was truly blown away with the customer service we recieved from every employee at this hotel, especially Michelle and Evan. I would highly recommend staying here not only for the fantastic customer service but also for the cleanliness, the comfort and the great breakfast they provided daily.
