I walked in, talked with the cashier and bought a peanut butter cup smoothie, it's made and an employee named Gavin brings it to me. I notice he has a huge spill on his pants and I kindly inquire about it and offer a paper towel. He says it's headlight fluid from his car. I look at him confused and tell him there's no such thing as headlight fluid. He gets visibly flustered and his face begins to turn red. He assures me, rather defensively might I add, that it does exist and begins getting angry. He starts to call me stupid like the others. I don't know who the others are. I try to apologize but he keeps cutting me off. He goes on about a story where he met a race car driver that crashed and got headlight fluid on his pants as well. He furiously insists it's real. The whole restaurant is quiet at this point. No one has made a sound. I politely told him "Oh you know what you're right actually" in an effort to defuse the situation. It works and he gets very jokey with me and walks off. At this point I haven't even touched my smoothie and now I really don't want to. I waited for Gavin to disappear before I asked the cashier for a refund.
The cashier firmly denied my refund and looked rather angry as well. As I was walking out, I was stopped by Spring Hill’s Alderman, Brent Murray. Star struck, I said hello. He smiles at me, hands me a 50 dollar bill. He saw everything that happened. He understands my plight. He walks up to the register and makes his own order. As I’m leaving, I look back one more time to see Brent. He was wearing some really nice shoes with neon pink laces. Very kitschy.

Read moreI never write reviews and usually give places the benefit of the doubt before writing something negatively, but I've been there once and won't be back. I placed a curbside order ahead of time and wasn't aware that even if you place a curbside order, you go through the drive through to pick up the order (what's the point in curbside if you go through the drive thru?). I was in a rush which is why I did, had my baby so I didn't want to get out of the car and so i assumed when i got there sOmeone would bring my smoothies out and it would be a quick exchange. Anyways since it's not actually curbside, I pulled up through the drive thu and two people were in front of me. It took them forever to serve those two people. My order was ready way before those people were served and Probably was just sitting there. Once it was my turn and I pulled up, no one was at the window. I sat there 5 minutes before someone even helped me and when I was given my smoothies they were both melted (probably from sitting there forever). Slow service and curbside pick up needs to not be a thing. I waited just as long to pick up my order even though i placed before time as i would have sitting through the drive thru. I won't...
Read moreWell, here comes another bad review. Went through the drive thru today. Ordered the Parmesan Chicken Bowl. Supposed to have spinach and romaine. 2-3 pieces of spinach, a couple of thin-sliced tomato pieces. No Parmesan to speak of. Just basically chicken and lettuce. Decent amount of chicken. My wife had the Baja Chicken Wrap and requested that they hold the pickled red onion. Her Baja Chicken Wrap had NO chicken, plenty of pickled red onion, however. Additionally, we sat in the drive through FOREVER. Several cars pulled out of line and just drove away. When we finally got to the window we asked the young man if they had remembered to not add pickled red onion and he assured us that they had. This is the SECOND time they have screwed up our order so we are finished with this place. Hilariously, there is a tip jar at the drive through window if you would like to reward them for their poor performance. This slot has had several businesses there before and I can see this location being available again soon. We had hoped that this would be a great new addition to Spring Hill, but no, just another overpriced poorly run restaurant...
