Glamorous Nails — Attraction in Spring Hill

I cannot say enough about my experience here, I hadnt pampered myself and gotten my nails done in about 4+ years. Well i went to a place in columbia to treat myself after years and they messed my nails up so bad that i literally cried, didnt have the money to fix them so i was stuck with $100 nails for a month that i HATED. I didnt plan to get more nails after but after i saw a girls nails at a gas station with the exact design i had but 100x better, I asked her where she got them done, she recommended here. I saved up and was hoping to get a fill but David suggested a new set since it had been a month with the nails and he probably saw how awful the work was lol... i showed him an inspo pic but i had mentioned about how i was super picky about coffin but it was my favorite and i saw how good their coffin shape was in reviews and the girls nails at the gas station, he ended up taking that bit of info and made my nails coffin for me, better than the inspo pic. I am super picky about coffin and i will obsess over the littlest imperfections if not done correctly and i have never left a place so happy with my coffin shape, its a hard shape to perfect but David has it down pat! Im also not a huge fan of small talk that are usually encouraged in customer service settings lol so im happy he really only asked me about what i wanted and let me relax the rest of the time. So glad i gave nails a second chance, im in love with them and will be recommending David to everyone 💚 (included inspo pic for referrance but we did change it up a bit and i love it...

It pains me to write this review. I have been going to glamorous nails for 3 plus years now. I have LOVED the quality of service I received. The past 4 times I have been there I have had to wait an extended amount of time, even though I had an appointment. The past 2 times I have went there my service was rushed and the skin on multiple fingers were cut because he rushed through it and was going 90 miles an hour with the fingernail filer. Today was the final straw. Aside from the 3 burned skin marks on the side of my fingers, one of the nail techs gave my daughter a stuffed animal, I understand there is a language barrier, but I could have sworn he said she could keep it. She held it the entire time talked about how she was going to sleep with it, let my son play with it, how much she loved it, etc. Of course the nail tech just smiled and nodded when she said all this. I have gone to this place 5 times, the last three have been terrible. I have had to come back in to get nails repaired within 2 days of having them done because they just peel off. (gel polish). I have never had this problem until I started going here. This last time I came in two of the nail techs where arguing right over my head about another client; what time she came in, where she sat and who should get that tip. (so incredibly unprofessional). Every time I have come in and have asked for Gel, they ask my why I don't want Dip? I simply say " Because I like gel and dip is more expensive" then I get a ten min long sales pitch as to why dip is so much better. sigh I am here spending money, which I could spend elsewhere, I dont go to target buy some pillows, get to the counter and the cashier asks "why didnt you buy other pillows or a blanket?" nail places are a dime a dozen and there are literally 7 other nail places within a 1/2 mile.
