Country 'N More — Attraction in Springdale Township

This company lost my order for two ornaments ordered for Christmas. I ordered them by the date required for Christmas delivery, then called twice to verify they would be shipped on time, and emailed. I was assured every time that my ornaments would be delivered on time. On Christmas, they were still not here. After Christmas I contacted them again and was told my items were misplaced and now out of stock and all they could do is refund me - they did not offer to find and replace the special elf on the shelf ornaments I had bought for my girls and promised them they would receive. I will never order from this company again!...
