Ahn (owner/operator) is an incredibly humble, kind, and talented man. I came to him wanting to frame a photo as an anniversary gift for my wife. I was short on time and had zero experience in the process of framing a picture. Ahn provided extremely helpful suggestions from how to improve quality and finding just the right size of the photo I would use to selecting the perfect combination of border and frame. He even placed the picture in a temporary frame so I could present the gift to my wife on our actual anniversary (the frame I wanted was back-ordered and since I only came to Ahn two days before my anniversary it wouldn't arrive in time). Once the final frame came in Ahn made the change and the final product is incredible. I'd encourage anyone who wants to preserve a photo or memory in a beautiful frame to visit Ahn. The owner, Anh, did SUCH an amazing job framing some family heirlooms for my father's Christmas present this year. His customer service is second to none - he can help guide you through the process of selecting materials and design from start to finish, or if you already know exactly what you want, he'll have no problem matching your specifications to the letter. Despite the unusual size of the pieces I brought in, they ended up coming out even better than I could have hoped for - and they blew my dad away on Christmas! That is the difference you get when you have something made by a skilled artisan, who clearly puts a lot of thought, effort, love and care into what he does. This was easily the best experience I've had getting something framed, and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I came in the week before Christmas with a request to frame a piece of stained glass that has sentimental value and significance to my family and me. I fully expected that it would not be ready for Christmas because I was bringing it in so late. Anh was professional, kind, and really took the time to help me choose a frame style that would compliment the piece. He took great care in handling the glass to make sure it would not get damaged. To my surprise, I got a call several days before Christmas that it was ready for pick up!
