The zip ties holding the netting in place so children didn't fall out of the two or three story structure were literally popping off as I sat there watching children play. The train set up in the bottom of the huge climbing gym was decrepit and only one "train" was operating and I don't think one single employee ever walked into that room in the time we were there. Then in another room designed for smaller children, a little play set by Step 2 our Little Tikes or similar was so old and banged up that they had at some point, obviously a while ago, put tape over portions that were bulging out on the bridge that little kids were supposed to walk across with only sock clad feet! I felt the raised parts with my hands and they were painful! Near there were 2 interactive games projected onto the floor, but the room was so bright in one end from an unnecessary opening in the wall, you couldn't clearly see half of one of the games. To top it off, there were no instructions for either game. The kids were trying to play it, but it kept randomly switching to a different game while in the middle of trying to figure out the goal of the current game. We barely managed to get the attention of one of the young employees to ask for help, but her response was "I really don't know", and she left. The fact that you're forced to walk past/through their unmanned toy store is cruel to the children and parents. It's a set up to disappoint the children as we already paid $24 to get in for 2 hours!!! We were definitely disappointed as we had chosen this place to go on our trip to Springfield. I should have known after looking at their poorly done website which offered little information on their setup, that we should choose another place. After speaking with many residents of Springfield I found this place does good business only because there isn't any local competition. So much focus is put on Lincoln, understandably, but those things aren't exactly geared towards entertaining the younger children. We won't be back and we definitely won't recommend this place to anyone we know who will be visiting this city. This business ONLY received a second star from me because my children got a chance to let loose for a while and they enjoyed it, outside of all the injuries.

My Grandkids, 3 1/2 and 6, love going to Ergadoozy! They have a pass and go frequently and I have never heard, "Can we go home now?" or "I'm bored." Never. They have tons of fun in each of the 3 sections and each of the sections are just as fun as the others. They don't have a favorite and I think that is pretty cool! The Sliding and Climbing room is so exciting and fun for them. The Back and Store area also have tons of things to do and see. There is so much to do that they don't beg for toys or books because they are constantly entertained in each of the areas. They do ask to get a toy to take home most trips because the toys and learning aids are truly worthwhile items, but they don't get whiny if they are told, "No. Not today." There is always something cool to do and look at so they don't spend that quality time pouting. They get back to playing! And the Up Front also offers so much to do and has other neat-o stuff you can purchase that are both fun and educational. Once again, if they see something they'd like to take home, they ask if they may and if they are told, "No." it is no problem. They just skip off and get back to playing. There are so many things to do in each section. The only time there isn't a smile on their faces is when it's time to go, but that isn't too much of a bummer because they know they'll be back and they have played so hard that a rest is OK. 😃 We truly enjoy the entire place! It is clean too. The Staff keep the place very clean. The facility, with all of its windows and the toys, both huge and small, are very clean. I really am impressed and thankful for how clean it is kept! They have an "ICKY BOX" that is for toys that the children put in their mouths. Parents or Grands put the toy in the box and it is sanitized before it goes back out. I really, really am amazed at the high level of clean that is throughout the building! It's amazing! A one time pass or a seasonal pass is worth the money. Your child will have lots to do and see and it really is clean and safe! There are rooms for birthday parties too! Nice, clean rooms to hold lots of friends and family members. If you haven't been to Ergadoozy, GO! Everyone will have fun and your children will make new friends and will sleep well at night from all the playing that happens. It's a great time. A...

Stepping into Ergadoozy feels like entering a vibrant, energetic world specifically designed for kids to have an absolute blast. The air buzzes with happy shrieks and laughter as children explore the different play zones. It's not just a place to run around; it's a space where imaginations can truly take flight. You can see the sheer joy on their faces as they navigate the various play structures, and that energy is contagious! For the kids, it's like a wonderland of adventure. There's clearly a lot to keep them engaged, catering to different ages and interests. Whether they're climbing, sliding, or exploring the different themed areas, boredom doesn't seem to be an option. And let's talk about the toys! It's not just a play place; they've got a fantastic toy store section filled with awesome finds that you won't see just anywhere. It's the kind of place where you might just find that perfect, unique gift. What's great for parents is that while the kids are having a fantastic time, the atmosphere is also welcoming and comfortable. You can relax knowing your children are in a safe and engaging environment. Plus, seeing your kids so happy and entertained is a reward in itself! It's the kind of place where you can actually enjoy watching your children play, and maybe even browse those awesome toys while they're busy exploring. Ergadoozy definitely seems to have nailed that sweet spot of being incredibly fun for the kids and a genuinely pleasant experience for the...
