Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

On 12/14 I drove from Lincoln IL to your store in Springfield IL ... I called my order ahead and had also asked the pricing of the deep dish meal deal. I order 2 meal deals 1 -pepperoni deep dish and 1 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 sausage deep dish. I was told on the phone but the meal deals were 1250 a piece. When I got there I also asked for an additional 4 sauces to garlic Butters too cheesy jalapeno. I was given a total of $ 36 something. I asked how that was the case considering the meal deals were $12.50 and the sauces were 2 for $1 ...that at the most it should be around 30. The man said that they had raised their prices.... I pointed to their menu and said I just called 15 minutes go and you told me the price on your board. He then said it was because I got a speciality deep dish. I stated that was ridiculous, I order 1 pep and 1 1/2 pep 1/2 a sausage... and that they needed to explain the pricing increase. 3 people approached counter, 2 of them also stating that the 36 was right. I asked them to do the math themselves and explain to me. And if they where charging me that much for 1/2 pep and 1/2 sausage they could redo my order and give me both pepperoni for the 12.50 a meal deal . They continue to argue I was wrong. At this point someone who seemed in charge came over and rehang my order and gave me a total of $31.25....at this point I paid for my pizza and left. I drove over an hour to get pizza because Lincoln no longer has a little ceasers. But I will never vist this store again. I felt I was being cheated and was being misinformed. Please get back with me in reguads to this situation order...

Ahem.. CAPS are for EMPHASIS & not yelling

Supposed to be "Hot N Ready"... Walk in and grab a Pepperoni or sausage, pay, then get the pizza as you're getting any change due back, & out the door you go... NOT SO MUCH at this place... You can go in during ANY TIME of its open hours, and YOU'RE GAURENTEED at LEAST a 10 to 15 minutes WAIT... Sometimes for just ONE OR THE OTHER OF EITHER TYPE THAT'S SUPPOSEDLY HOT & READY... You can get a 7 course dinner for a party of EIGHT at EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT IN A TRI-STATE RADIUS... HOWEVER... they do actually taste good & are hot.. once you've waited longer than the time it takes to... conceive/carry-to-full-tern/birth & deliver a human baby!!! ... AND they are ALWAYS NICE/POLITE/APOLOGETIC/PERSONABLE during your "7 YEARS STINT" with them... So for those two reasons alone/only... I give them...

This place is the only LC in Springfield these days, so it's busy. Hot and Ready might not be ready, but it will be hot because they will make it as you order it. I can say that the employees really do seem to be working as hard as they can and giving it their all. Some are not as intellectually gifted as others, but they are still hustling and grinding and trying to do right by the customers. One of the few sore spots for me was that they were sold out of the chicken wings, but didn't have any signs up notifying you. You just had to wait in line and order them to be told that they were out. It's a simple enough thing to take to the next level of customer service by putting a sign on the door.
