Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Springfield

Going into the store to get your medication because the drive thru is busy and you get treated like you are a piece of crap! So when I tell Drew the cashier my name and he looks for my medicine he said well with this type of medication you needed to go through the drive thru. Excuse me!!! There’s NO SIGNS saying anything of that order. Then as he was walking to find the medication he puts his mask on. Yes, I have Covid and yes I had a mask on! It’s NOT the end of the world. This is to be the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Multiple times I have came in, waited ober 20 minutes to be told the order isn't available. Days after it was called in. Even still, came back a week later after traveling for work and the script is available but not ready for pick up. The pharmacist is letting scripts back up until people show up. Pharmacy always takes a few minutes whether drive thru or in store but the staff are nice and the freezer section is good. There are way too many candy aisles but the store is clean and parking is good. Have never had an issue with any item I bought there. The checkout process at the front is always the worst part, takes longer than it should and always ends up with a line somehow.
