Awesome authentic Filipino food that is delicious! People are sweet, service is good and portions are filling. There are so many delicious sounding options that it is hard to choose. I had to go with the pork adobo which tastes like homemade adobo from grandma and grandpa. There are vegetarian options and I am sure they would be accommodating if need be. We also had the mung bean vegetarian soup which was tasty! I also had a side order of garlic rice which hit the spot (just wish there were fried garlic pieces in it). The ube bread was delicious, I would go back just for that! Also the ube tres leches was a satisfying treat. It would be a shame if you live in Springfield or are passing through and do not give this place a visit.

This place is a MUST GO! Took my Filipino mom & my daughter here and we were SO IMPRESSED!!! Everything is authentic and so incredibly delicious! We got the pork adobo, the lechon kawali bowl, a side of lumpia, and halo halo. We tried but couldnt finish everything. Everything tasted like my grandma's cooking! 🥰 I can't wait to go back and try more! Something to realize before you go, there is SO MUCH prep work that goes into these dishes. The precise timing it takes to make this food hit your plate the right way is an art. This isn't McDonald's or your basic Americanized Chinese restaurant. It's going to take a minute for them to freshly cook and get your meal to your table. And when it does, you will not be disappointed!

Third time coming here. Been great each time, service excellent each time. Even when cold as hell. So wife always talks about pansit from when she was a kid in Philippines, military brat at the time LOL. So when she heard about the truck we had to try it. Only thing she has ordered and the reason we keep coming back. I've tried the BBQ chicken and pork both been yummy. Trying the chicken adobo this time. Great food great people. Can't wait for the full restaurant to open. Restaurant part opened so had to try. Food still great. Staff still helpful and eager to help. Small amount of growing pains but food well worth it. I go a pic this time and will add if I can
