PC Electronics — Local services in Springfield

Awesome store, awesome owner! I went in looking to purchase a Gaming Desktop to plug into my TV, he recommended one that his son had built and that I had ended up purchasing! The owner ran me through all the options for what I wanted too he was very helpful! The PC runs so fluidly it’s like a dream for a gamer, this is my first non prebuilt PC since switching from Xbox, I had a prebuilt laptop and desktop before as well and they always had glitchy issues and couldn’t run what I wanted to run. The PC I bought from the store runs flawlessly I’m able to play all my Triple A titles without having to shut down every non essential application, and like I said it runs a lot more fluidly (forgot to mention I switched from windows 10 to 11!), even running on my 4K TV it has amazing graphics! Just a great store overall! I 100% recommend to anyone! Especially those like me looking for a budget build and have had bad experiences with prebuilt PCs, the owner and his son will make your PC purchase way easier!

Edit: I just picked up my gaming laptop from being worked on and the owner hooked me up with a 1tb Samsung SSD, another 8GB stick of ram, antivirus, and windows 11 installed for 250$ after tax! I had 2 of our computers at church suffer a major power surge. Todd asked us to leave them with him for inspection. Within a couple of days I received a from call from him, and he told me that he was able to clean up and fix our laptop (which we use for our worship services), but unfortunately our office desktop was R.I.P. He kindly asked us what the primary use for our office desktop was, and after we discussed our needs he sold us a wonderful desktop that was so much better than our old one! Ignore all the fools that want to be petty leaving negative reviews. I've been going to PC electronics for 20 years for all types of services and they are THE Best in Springfield hands down. I could give example after example of their insightful diagnostics, fair prices, and honesty. I recently had a hard drive crash in my laptop and they not only of charge. If you want the job done right the first time for a fair price go to the guys at PC Electronics.
