Wspfld store, employees very helpful. Didnt have to wait for my pick up order. I was school shopping for my gdaughter. Ended up spending quite a bit. Loved the sales they had! 70% off! Also had to go over to ESpfld store to pick up another on line order. Wasnt as helpful in doing. I was told to read directions & do myself. Except i left my reading glasses in the car by accident. They were not busy as store was winding down for the nite, ready to close up. Younger employees were in a circle talking down isle a bit. Asked for help. Think i was interrupting convo..wasnt to happy to have to leave circle. Started pointing @ directions telling me to read instr. I did have my email. 11yr old gdaughter had to do for me. I had 2 diff bags. Eventually he went inside area where they had all the pick up bags to find. Unfortunately i cant see well w/o my glasses. He was very insistent i do myself though. So i know what im doing the next time w/o asking for help! Ok then! I retrieved my bags, thanked him for "all" his help! I did notice though the ESpfld store was much more organized! Their display made so much easier to see what they had! in the jr section they had all the jeans that were on sale right out in front. Mens graphic tees also right out where u could see all. Sweatshirts.. The items usually the younger teens like to wear were very accessible! As it was back to school shopping time! So i couldnt help myself in picking up a few more items for gkids! Was very happy w all the sales since i have 6gkids that i was buying school clothes for thruout the past wks!! Cant beat 70% off! Found very nice winter sweaters & shirts on the racks while in WSpfld store. Wish i would have come in earlier & had time to go thru all the racks! I did spent way more than i came in for though! & the lucky 11yr old who was w me has a whole new winter wardrobe!! Now im shopping online w my kohls rewards $160.00 free!! See what i can find in the sales today for youngest child as he received a promotion @ work & instead of polos he wants button down...
Read moreHello my sister and I went to Kohl's while I was visiting Massachusetts. I did find a couple of nice tank tops for only $7.49 a piece which was absolutely amazing they were on sale thank God. To me Kohl's is a little pricey on their items. I got a pair of pants that I thought we're going to fit they didn't fit and I still have to return them although I'm in Virginia I sure hope they allow me to return them in Virginia as long as I have the receipt I should be good. I only go to Kohl's or bells or you know something of that nature with high price clothing when they have clearance sales. My sister said they always have stuff on clearance for plus sizes so that's why we went over there and unfortunately that plus size did not fit me. It ran small. And when we checked out the lady at the customer service counter she took care of my sister and she was very polite and kind and on the other hand I had a cashier that wasn't as kind so but overall I definitely would recommend this store for the good deals they got...
Read moredid an Amazon return a few weeks ago. the wifi was down in the store and there's infamously poor phone connection inside, so i just stepped outside make sure they would have QR code. everything is fine, dandy, scanned in or so i thought and i leave.
Amazon is now claiming they didn't receive my return and took money from my account. I am going to try to deal with them directly, but the associate scanning truthfully wasn't focused on what they were doing. Too busy horsing around with the others or on their phone. As well as the front end seemed since pretty annoyed with giving quick redirection to the recently changed drop off location in a back corner of the store.
Will have to be in touch if Amazon doesn't deal with this directly, but when folks drop off their items for delivery please actually focus and complete the transaction. You could be costing not only myself money but numerous other people. As one of the only 3rd "Happy Return" eco-friendly return spots in the...
