Burger King — Restaurant in Springfield

I had gone to this Burger King location in hopes of using my coupon on my app, i’m usually able to use the same coupon twice in one shot I’ve never had a problem at any Burger King location but when I went to this location the young lady over the intercom through drive-through lied to me and told me that I could not use the coupon twice and was being rude about it so I left and didn’t order and actually went to the location on Cooley Street where their manager happily helped me and let me order twice with the same coupon. So I ordered through the Burger King app. I Try to go in the front door which they had locked at 9 PM. Seemed kind of early for a weekday but I didn’t think anything of it. So I go into drive-thru. I am on the outside drive-thru order screen and I’m told they will be right with me. Then they take 3 orders from the inside drive-thru screen as I sit there for 12 minutes before I get frustrated and leave. I was still charged for no food and everything about my experience was bad. I’ve gone to this location before and had have had good experiences, but this one was a dealbreaker I will not be going back. Absolutely Pathetic.

So, I am a regular customer at BK. If I don't order breakfast, I order lunch every single day. Now, what I don't understand is how my wife order always comes out perfect, but my order is never right. On the app gives you the option of bacon and cheese on all wraps, and thankfully, this store got that right but didn't give me the right kind of chicken. My order clearly said I ordered fiery wraps, but I ended up with regular chicken. I am not satisfied that my orders keep getting messed up.
