U.S Fried Chicken and Grill HALAL — Restaurant in Springfield

I am absolutely livid after my recent experience at this restaurant. I had a wonderful meal with my friends and spent a good amount of money there, only to come out and find my car had been towed. The owner of the restaurant even had the audacity to lie and say it was another establishment that towed my car.

When I went to the tow yard, they informed me that it was indeed the restaurant that had my car towed. They claimed that I parked in two spots, but there were no lines drawn to indicate where to park. It is completely unfair and unjust for them to tow my car without any warning or proper signage.

I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled and will never be returning to this restaurant again. I will be sure to warn all of my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. The lack of honesty and integrity displayed by the owner is truly unacceptable.

I called and asked about the price of a larger order of French fries. I got one price and when I got there she tried to charge a 50cent fee for using my debit card. I declined. I went the next day for the fries and the price was higher. I'm not sure but i do not think it is legal to charge more for using a debit card. Overall I did not feel welcomed.
