My wife pawned our meta 3 towards end of August for $60 that's all they'd give us. Well was told it was a 60 day loan. Went in today to see how much to get out and the guy with long hair and glasses put it as "sold" to them instead of pawn but that's not what my paperwork said. They already had it on sales floor. My wife demanded the manager on duty watch and listen to cameras well the manager has obviously had this happen before bc he just told the guy to grab it and just make us pay the interest on which was $90 after taxes. They were gonna sell it for over $300 but only pay customers $60 then their employees lie and steal items from customers. When got home noticed someone played the VR by the head strap being stretched out twice the size it was before and the battery was completely dead when it was completely charged when pawned it. So obviously the horrible employee who did our transaction took it home and played it which shouldn't be allowed bc if they broke it they wouldn't be held accountable. Will never go here again pawned Xbox x series at a different shop in town and 3 month loan and only have to pay $60 more then what they gave us to get it out. Loftis was gonna charge us OVER $200 to get VR out when they only loaned us $60 that's outrageous. Horrible experience hope the owners see this and that employee gets held accountable for lying to customer and to them bout what customers actually do...

Did business here several times buying and pawning, never had any problems so when I had to get my wedding ring resized I decided to use them. Had a diamond engagement ring then my wedding band had 3 diamonds on each side to set on both sides of my engagement ring. Needless to say my ring went to be resized with a total of 7 diamonds tested and true to come back looking a little off so had it tested again and I got 1 diamond on the wedding band and 6 cz back. After confrontation and even paperwork they swear up and down that’s just how it came in. These people are nothing more than greedy liars. Even with proof and getting caught in their scam still didn’t get my diamonds...

Just fair warning, they give u no reminder calls even when u request one if u have put somethg in pawn but then when u ask them after they sold ur precious item, they tell u ur one of a thousand customers they service so that's why there are no reminders and then if u try to locate the item u pawned to repurchase it back, the supervisors wait weeks to follow up with you after your numerous calls just to tell you they sold your item... U will just be a number and how much money they can get from you unfortunately! I was customer over 5 years and they couldn't care less! My lesson learned, never pawn again and especially not with them!! This was the pawn on...
