Emporium Smoke Shop — Attraction in St. Louis

Came in looking for a particular product but not knowing exactly what implementation of that product I wanted. A man and a woman were working and showed me two products that met my needs and commented on the relative pros and cons of each. Decided to purchase one of the two products, as well as a replacement part as I live out of town but wanted to give my money to a store that employs people who are knowledgable about their product and can make personal, informed recommendations to customers.

I continued to browse their store after making my selection as they have a wide array of products that are laid out neatly in cases throughout the store. Very cool items, at a range of prices that should make most people happy. What I really appreciated was that neither of the employees would interrupt my browsing to ask "Do you wanna see that up close?" or something like that; I really hate pressured sales tactics and it was a refreshing change of pace to be left to my own thoughts. Of course, when I did need assistance, they were more than happy to help.

Place wanted me to enter a raffle to win a free item and my name was picked and they told me I couldn’t accept the prize and when I offered a solution they said they were not giving the item away to anyone anymore. EMPORIUM SMOKE SHOP is FAKE and a SCAM. Fake raffles and shady business practices. Don’t even care about not getting something free, it’s that they use a fake raffle to get people to check out their store but don’t follow through on their end. Good Products was the only reason I gave a star, plus Google wouldnt let me. If I had murdered your staff and went to prison, I'd still be treated better in prison than by one of your employees. I came in for one simple thing, costing 7 bucks, and was looked at like a criminal the whole time. Emporium is lucky I needed the item ASAP and it was a holiday or I would of walked right back out.
