Great personal service and the shop is well organized. You can really tell the employees value each other's friendship and enjoy the work environment. I enjoy the energy at this location.
Another benefit to this place is the thorough inspection - refilling the wiper fluid, and checking fluid levels right in front of you to involve you in the process. Checking the lights and blinkers is something I haven't seen at a dealership or other shops inspection paperwork.
The few issues I have are 1) as a customer you must choose one of three lanes and depending on the car in front of you, you may wait longer than others and 2) the communication between employees under the car and in the shop can be inconsistent and cause delays and miscommunications. In my case I waited longer than expected but the staff wasn't clear on the hold up.
Overall it is a good shop to show up to early without an appointment. I recommend calling ahead for prices on anything other than an oil change. There have been some services that are less expensive at other shops but that is totally normal and up to you as a car owner to do your due diligence. On the plus side, these employees will inform you of what they are seeing and it's not a big deal to head home, call a few places, and return later in the week if you decide to use them for additional service.
I am a repeat customer and plan to continue using this shop...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAvoid at all costs. 1 week after getting an oil change with these morons and my car is stalling and stuttering whenever accelerating past 60MPH. I have 3 different mechanics look at my car to diagnose it, and each and everyone of them told me the head gasket is leaking oil which resulted in the damaging of my spark plugs/cords as well as resulting in said symptoms. they check the oil and observe it to be above the designated treshold, approx 1.5L over. I bring it over to these incompetent fools, only to have them chastise me and treat me with total disregard, telling me my oil is just fine. Needless to say, I show them various photos indicating that the oil is well over, however when they checked it they stated it was fine. They don't seem to understand that the oil is leaking out from the car which is why they are reading it differently a few days later after the initial reading I got from the other mechanics. These morons are responsible for my head gasket going out as well as all the other issues I am now experiencing, and they refuse to take any responsibility.
You're better off going up the street to Firestone or anywhere else for that matter. These people are unprofessional and obviously have no idea how to communicate with other individuals in a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI use this Valvoline for oil changes during the winter months as its to cold outside to do myself. I recently went in for oil change and everything seemed as normal. Upon driving home I felt a slight vibration that was not present before my oil change. I decided to pull the dipstick once I got home (about 5 miles of driving) and realized my oil was Black as if it were never changed at all, and overfilled. I had 0 confidence in what they did to my car and decided to Re-do the oil change myself.
Upon redoing the oil change myself I drained about 9qts of oil! (My Car takes 6) Pictured below is the remaining 1.5 pans or 3qts of oil after filling the oil I drained into the empty 6 qts my car took. Also pictured below is the dipstick Still showing over after I took an entire pan out.
How did I wind up with about 9tqs of oil in my truck that takes 6 (Your not even close)
I have a strong suspicion they never drained all the oil, or just topped off with some new oil. After being to this location many times a have a sense of about how long it should take when dispensing oil, and they were there WAY To Long!.
I know you cant 100% go off the color of the oil but that oil looks very dark for only 5 miles of driving.
Do yourself a favor don't go to...
