Stone Harbor Playground — Attraction in Stone Harbor

Great playground right across from beach access! Plenty for littles to do, even a small section of adult exercise equipment. There is a shaded area with picnic benches, but otherwise none the benches nearer the play equipment are shaded so keep that in mind if planning to spend a long time there. Also note there is a large entrance open to the road with no gate, so if you’ve got a runner on your hands stay alert! I brought my kids to this playground based on the pictures, but it's important to know they are misleading. While it has swings and a sandpit, the main play structure shown in the photos isn't actually here. On the bright side, if you're looking for more than just a playground, you'll find tennis courts, soccer fields, and a basketball court nearby.
