Do not rent this place. My daughter had her baby shower on 6/20/25. The tables and chairs were dirty and she had to ask them to clean it. This was a baby shower and their bartender was walking around giving free complimentary alcohol, though their were children and guests who do not drink alcohol, One of their employees a tall man , who later was a troublemaker. Throughout the baby shower he was enjoying himself dancing to the music, participating with the guests as though he was a part of the function. Later on he harassed my son to leave. My son left the establishment and the tall man went outside with his friends harassing my son. I asked him why did he came outside to continue harassing my son. This man is a bully and a trouble maker,m. Listen to what he did. I asked him why was he bothering my son outside after he left inside his establishment . The man said he owned the place. I stated you owned inside not outside. He then replied to me he owned outside too and he wants to see my son go into his car and leave. Typical behavior of a bully. This is where violence and fights would occur. The man brought his friends outside to start a fight and got the audacity to tell me he’s not leaving aggravating the situation. The police was called. 3 police vehicles came. Upon arrival they asked the aggressor the man who claimed he owned the establishment and outside. The police officer told him to go inside. The parties who paid for the function explained the situation. The police said they come there a lot for similar situations. I am writing to inform not to rent this place or you will also have a bad experience or worst. It is a shame and disgrace what I observed. No class and trashy people with violent attitudes. Bullying, harassment and threatening behavior. To the owner who sent threatening messages to my daughter not to post her bad experience. You got the audacity to be threatening my daughter . You cannot bully or manipulate her. We are not easily can be intimidated or manipulated We speak the truth and Justice always prevail when we stand our ground. Awareness, speaking the truth brings...

This spot is perfect. It was clear before I even arrived that the owner is a photographer. This space is designed to make the shooter’s life as easy as possible. Plus it has so much to offer: tons of upgradable color backdrops, props, and furniture. You really get your money’s worth here because they allow you to use a lot of their stands and equipment for free. That’s huge if you’re a new photographer and don’t have the money or space for boom arms, stands or powerful strobes. And the selection is pretty extensive.

The small studio (pictured) is great for portrait shoots with only 2 or 3 people, and the optional dressing room was great for wardrobe changes. If you have more in your group (assistants, hair and makeup etc), it would be worth upgrading to the medium or large space. The large room is versatile and would be a great spot to shoot full band music videos. A singer or solo artist could probably shoot in the medium room even.

Giovanni really took care of us. The place was clean and ready to go when we got there. He showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. I brought my own lighting, but I almost wished I had just showed up with nothing but a camera and a model, because his setup is perfect. Giovanni went above and beyond by not only providing me with some grip but helping me set it up.

If you’re not a pro, they offer photography services, or even just assistant services to help you get the most out of your project and provide extra hands. And if you are a seasoned photog, it’s a perfect rental studio to bang out some killer shots.

Boston Studio Rental is the perfect location not too far from Boston if you want to rent a hall. There is ample parking and it’s very spacious. They have a few packages to choose from and also have additional costs for things like if you want a champagne toast, linen, or even rent those big throne chairs.

I wanted more of a party vibe not a sit down dinner theme. I had a few cocktail tables and high stools but the middle was open for dancing.

I had my 40th here a few weeks ago. Brenda was always available through text and email and answered every question I had. She was lovely to meet and got back to me in a timely manner. I wanted to create a signature drink menu and I emailed Brenda a few recipes to see if she had them and she got back to me within a day or two and that made it easier for me to create my signature drinks.

A few days before the event Giovanni contacted me and we spoke about last minute details. The day of the event the event planner was able to set up everything with no issues. Giovanni made sure everything ran smoothly and even checking in during the event to make sure everything was needed.

I used Nias events (niasevents._ ) on instagram as my event planner. She made my visions come to life and please reach out to her if you want some cute decor.
