Stoughton Pizza — Restaurant in Stoughton

So let me tell you all a little story that happened with my experience here. I placed an order for delivery, I ordered a greek salad. When the salad arrived it was a regular salad (no feta no olives hot pepper etc.) So obviously I called because I didn't get what I asked and payed for. The older greek guy was such as AHOLE. He was saying that I DID get a greek salad, when in fact I did not. After arguing we decided he will send a new salad. He insisted that I send the salad I had, BACK when the new salad was delivered. I called after an hour of waiting, he flipped out saying they will not deliver to me anymore (lost his lid for no reason)- saying they will not refund the money until the salad I had was sent back. Finally I called because I was still waiting- my work day coming towards the end of the day. The younger owner answered THANKFULLY! because he was actually nice and agreed and accommodated for the trouble. This whole experience was wild because I understand mistakes happen- not a problem, but when the owner is arguing with me that I got what I ordered when in fact I did not then made a huge deal to make sure my regular salad gets sent back and waiting around 2 hours for the driver to arrive...

After a talks with the manager of this place, I feel much better knowing these guys like to make sure you get what you pay for. I ordered pizza here but I will now try more items as well. I can now say I would reccomend the pizza, it was cooked evenly , nice flaky crust & the cheese had great color to it. Truly appreciate the consideration they took to reach out about my concerns. I was able to talk to the driver for some time as well, Franz you are a stand up guy thanks for delivery. I wish nothing but success for this place. i had a really terrible experience and my issue was fixed.. I am a Professional Chef so taste, textures and presentation are key to me. I am going to hopefully make this my new go to as I seen others mention here, thanks very much. I will be glad to continue ordering here in the future.

The food is very good, but their service, is atrocious! Everytime I come in for an order, I'm left standing there, waiting for service, while the staff talks, jokes and stares at me like they're unsure why I'm there. One time, there were at least 5 staff in the store. I went in to pick up my order and the only person who attempted to assist me, was a young lady that happened to be the ONLY person doing anything, while the rest of the staff allowed me to sit there waiting for almost 10mins before finally asking me what I want! This has been a big issue EVERYTIME I order from them. Now, as I sit waiting for an order that was placed over 30mins ago, I've watched 3 different white men walk in, be greeted with smiles and hand shakes, it's VERY clear what the REAL issue is.
