Danmar Farms — Attraction in Sumner

I have been customer for many years, 2 years ago, one of guys when he was removing the skin of a lam he cut big piece of meat about 3-4 Lb & throw it away & I asked him to put it back he refused I had to grab it by my self, I called manager Carl later on the phone he dint care, I dint make it big deal & let it go. after that I still buy from them but I keep watching while they cut & process the meat last week I bought 2 lams, even I told them I need the stomach , heart lung & esophagus they are very important for me because cant buy them from store & because Corona viruses I wasn't allowed to watch them even room is too I wasn't allowed inside even with way more social distance & I was wearing a mask they gave me boxes when I got home both boxes were missing lung, spleen & esophagus I called Carl wish told me to call his boss Dany which I called he didnt answer the phone I sent him a text message with no response, after few days I sent him another text message as a reminder then he call me but instead of reimburse me for the missing , he told me next time I'll take care of you when I insist for reimbursement or I'll write a review Dany told me " write a review & dont come back" the workers at slaughter house are rude beside take some of meat we pay for it they should have honest business & respect for customer who support local business, I am not coming back...

I still remain surprised why the butchers steals peoples meat. I lost a spleen, lungs and most importantly testicle of a goat. My pregnant wife needed all the internal organs that’s why we decided to get a whole animal and look at what they did to us upon paying $400.00 for 1 goat. It is very sad that the butchers does that to every customer technically and imagine the number of customers that goes there in a week. So the question is; what do they do with those stolen limbs? Do they sell them later on? If so why no selling it to me right there so I will feel good knowing that I have been robbed in the day light. Still can’t understand these guys though. It great place to get fresh meat. The way they handle the slawutery is very clean. They doing temperature test to protect everyone from Covid 19 if u have to go inside. Their customer service is great. They started on line delivery which can save time. I appreciate all the workers in the compound. The supervision & friendly approach of the Manager/owner is so respectful. I recomend everyone who wants to get fresh meat to visit this place or order...
