I was asked to go get a repair quote from my insurance company for my computer that I had dropped and was no longer working, I went into the store here and was greeted my a heavy set man. I told him my insurance company needed a repair quote to be sent in, so they could pay to fix it. He told me that the quote would be $50 and that he wouldn't type up my quote or give me any information because he would not support me trying to commit what he said was "insurance fraud" because I needed a typed up quote THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRED ME TO SUBMIT. He also told me that military in this area (he assumed we were military, we are but I never told him we were) were always coming in and trying to submit insurance fraud, and he won't do anything for them. He said us military spouses, come in before a deployment trying to get extra money. I work from home, and I am an online student. This laptop isn't me committing insurance fraud so I can get some extra cash, this was me trying to get my laptop fixed, so I have a computer to do my school work, as well as my job on. I went in because my computer was giving me an "Unmountable boot volume" error, they said that it was $45 for a diagnostic and about 24 hours, I was ok with that, a bit pricey but ok. After they did the diagnostic they said that my SATA cable went bad, and they wanted $50 for a repair, $10 for a $3 part, and $40 for labor, that would take all of about 30 seconds. I went somewhere else to get the SATA cable, and they said that they would have done the diagnostic for $15 and the repair for $15 plus the price of the part. After i got the SATA cable changed. My hard drive had failed, it might have just been coincidence, but i dont believe in coincidences. I called them back but after knowing the price of the SATA cable replacement I knew they would overcharge again for the replacement. I would not recommend coming here. If i could i would give...

TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! I TOOK MY PHONE IN FOR A BROKEN SCREEN, THEY SENT EMAILS STATING THE PHONE WAS LOCKED, WHEN I SENT THE PASS CODE FOR THE PHONE, THEY CLAIMED THAT WAS NOT THE PASS CODE, THEY RESET THE PHONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THERE WAS NO SIM, AND ACCORDING TO SOME IDIOT BY THE NAME OF BUCK THERE WASN'T A SIM WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, WHEN I ASKED TO SEE NOTES THE OTHER IDIOT WHATEVER HIS NAME WAS CLAIMED THE NOTES WERE INTERNAL... SO NOW I HAVE A PHONE THAT I CAN'T EVEN USE... MY ADVICE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE BECAUSE I GOT MY PHONE BACK ON FRIDAY (TODAY IS MONDAY) THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME A REFUND AND TAKE THE USELESS PHONE BACK...
