I was very satisfied with the quality of the accommodations with everything being clean and modern. Comfortable beds, microwave and fridge in the room were perks! However, at 9 am I was woken up by housekeeping and when I told them I was asleep they left. When I was leaving the hotel for the day at 11 I called to tell the front desk that my room can be cleaned now only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the day and that I would have to wait until 9 am the next day. This was unacceptable! I should not have to wake up at 9 am on my vacation to have my room cleaned. The front desk was very rude about it and said every hotel he had worked for operated like this. With the amount of hotels I have stayed at, I know that this is not true. He also told me that if I needed anything like towels I would have to come to the front desk and get it myself. Read moreA very accommodating front desk staff at all times. We were always treated politely and quickly and by name. The lobby is very nice and large and of course there is coffee and tea available. Tickets for the breakfast buffet are given at check-in. I think that is a nice touch. The breakfast is all inclusive and there are lots of choices. It seems on the morning we were there everyone wanted waffles so we ate other choices. The room had a table and a desk. My grandson was on his computer most of the time we were there and the three of us never had a less than stellar connection to the wireless. As for the bed, very comfortable.
