Shubham Halls — Attraction in Sunnyvale

I recently celebrated my 25th Anniversary event at Shubam Halls, The courtyard suite. I am very pleased with my hosting experience from beginning to end.

Shubam Halls website gives a pretty good idea about the Halls they have and their FAQs lists and answers many of the questions any host would have. Still before I engaged , I had my questions and doubts of my own,

Mr Arun Sharma took my phone calls and responded to all of them in detail and as well on emails.

They follow a step by step procedure starting from sending you the proposal, taking the deposit amount, setting up a customer account on PlanningPod system through which you get the complete visibility into the package you have selected, your invoice for the event, food menu selection and much more, maintaining guest lists and other event related details.

After the proposal is signed , they setup a what’s app account through you can communicate all your thoughts with Mr Arun & Mr Sunil and Mr Manoj (the operations manager).

Courtyard Hall has a capacity of 120 or more in general but as per me given if the party is a celebration needing dance floor etc, is best suited for a guest count of upto 100 people.

The LED Screen , Dance Floor, Lights, and Music system at the Courtyard make the party hosting super fun and easy, if you are planning to self manage the things, which is what I did.

Just a week before the party, I was going through a very conflicting situation back at home due to which I was at the verge of cancelling the event, when I asked Mr Arun and Mr Sunil for additional time to be able to decide, they were very supportive and gave me the time Which I appreciate it very much!!!

Mr Manoj the operations manager offered a very good support when it came to the logistics of the party the table setup up, or food selection, tweaks everything.

The hall was unto 10.30 PM but they gave us enough time to wrap up the party and take our things which was super helpful since it was always that things run late and an extra time at the hall was a super bonus

I had selected essential non-veg package adding an additional dish in the appetizer and the main course. I had other dishes as well but in the veg dishes, Gobi Manchurian, kadhai paneer and Saag paneer, Veg Biryani were good, I asked if we could get chana pindi which didn’t go very well and a miss

Few pointers: Do double check the hall with the setup of the tables depending on your guest count since once the tables are put then only you can know how big of the space you need Do double check on the table cloth and the chairs cover covered in your booking, in my case I assumed that the chair covers cloths will be the shiny As well other things like cloth napkins, wine glasses etc which might be needed to be...
