One of the best places to stay. Staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast quality is really superb. Same quality standards have been maintained for more than ten years I can see. Cab/Shuttle services for office pickup and drop are really helpful. Rooms are very well maintained and all furniture look like new. Soon after check-in you can walk to FRYs electronics which is just 300 meters far from the hotel. There are so many restaurant near the hotel. Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you will get free wine and beer. Yes, it is unlimited drink, you drink as much you can. You will get soft drinks also. They stopped supplying Sangria wine now but anyway no complain for that. In breakfast you will get so many variety and I found this hotel has better Cafeteria if you compare with other hotels like Larkspur Landing/ Stay-bridge or other hotels. With Drinks you will get some snacks also. Rooms are really big. Big I mean each room is 1000 Square Feet. Their kitchen is advanced and best in class. You will get Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Grilling oven, 4 burner electric stove, and all the needed utensils. There is dedicated dining table along with study/computer table. Their couch is another magic, you can unfold it and it will become queen size bed. You will get enough storage units installed along with movable tables. There are many more qualities that makes this hotel unique. Children play area and ample amount of space to roam around and park like ambiance are really great. Simply amazing... Oh.. Missed Wi-Fi. It is free always...with very high speed.

Pros: - free breakfast, clean spacious rooms, full kitchen and fridge, nice outdoor pool, relatively quiet area of town Cons: - AC in our room either wasn’t working right or the vent in main bedroom was closed - so hot and stuffy in bedroom that we had to sleep with door wide open to get a bit of cool air in - we were in the back of building 2, the edge of the site, and that corner is just a mess outside. (See photos) One stretch of sidewalk was blocked by mud on one side and a plant on the other. The corner fence had a pile of old bed frames and trash. Some of the boards on the steps up to our room were wobbly/bouncy and made my son afraid to walk on it so we had to carry him up and down. And the steps and patios were all *covered* in tree debris that had obviously been there for some time. The other buildings that weren’t near trees had hella cobwebs on them. -breakfast room and fitness center were HOT and stuffy inside Overall, this wasn’t a bad place for the price, we got a great deal on Priceline for a two-night weekend stay. But if I’d paid full price I think I’d be more annoyed by the external condition and the HVAC issues. The bi-level penthouse suite gave us plenty of space, felt safe, and was decently clean inside. It’s clear the housekeeping staff does a good job inside the rooms, but they are in dire need of outdoor reno and cleanup. I think we’d probably stay here again if the price was right, but would ask for a different location on the site.

Stayed here overnight on a last minute booking for three of us in the Family booking two rooms. I must say the accommodations are well appointed. The Staff upon arrival were very friendly. There is a coffee/tea/hot cocoa station in the lobby for guests. Fresh cookies are also made every 3 pm which is a nice surprise. The rooms are divided into buildings. I was in building 5 and since it was directly off the parking lot it got quite noisy with people slamming their doors. So if you are a light sleeper like me, ask for a back building. The rooms are well designed and have full kitchens equipped with what you would need to make meals if you are staying for long periods of time. All you need to do is buy the groceries. The bathroom was dated but clean. Breakfast is included and it is good. The Staff was flexible enough to allow us a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.

If you are thinking about booking this hotel due to a time-sensitive event in the area that you are going to…. this horror story review is for you! My family and I waited 3 HOURS for check-in because our room wasn’t available and still had to be cleaned. We were told we were “third in line” but that took 3 hours. Insane! We had to get ready in the hotel parking lot for the Taylor Swift concert we were going to see at Levi Stadium. And it wasn’t just us either. So many other people were waiting around in the lobby being told their rooms were not available and they were not given any idea on how long it would take for their rooms to be ready. Since our concert had us on a time crunch, we weren’t able to check into our room until past midnight when we got back to the hotel after the concert. When we checked out of our room in the morning and asked for some sort of a discount on the room, as we weren’t able to use any of the amenities in the room, we were told all they could do was waive the parking fee. For a $360 room that we were not even able to check into to get ready for our concert, it was such terrible customer service. The front desk manager (this was on 7/30 at 11:00AM) kept making excuses as to how they had “too many guests” but there was no apology given or any remorse for how negative this experience had impacted our trip. We were all so stressed out getting ready for the concert of our dreams in the parking lot and then to not receive any meaningful discount was terrible. We had an amazing time at our concert but will never be staying at this hotel again. Please be warned that check-in at 3PM (as the hotel advertises) is not a guarantee and the staff will not give any meaningful discount to the room you paid for even if your room is not ready on time. I would truly hate for anyone else to have to deal with the horrible stress we went through and feeling so invalidated for how awful having to wait 3 hours to get a room was for us. No surprise here, but we will never come to this location again, which is a shame, because our room online looked so cute and we would have loved to have been able to use it to its fullest and had the chance to get ready in it! Other issues we experienced but weren’t nearly as bad as the late check-in with no major discount given include the following: ||-A house cleaner went to the restroom in the lobby and left without washing her hands.||-The breakfast area had many items missing due to not being restocked and they ran out of coffee. ||-Front office staff explained during check in that they were “too booked” yet didn’t offer any apologies or options as to how they were going to take...
