If you are thinking about booking this hotel due to a time-sensitive event in the area that you are going to…. this horror story review is for you! My family and I waited 3 HOURS for check-in because our room wasn’t available and still had to be cleaned. We were told we were “third in line” but that took 3 hours. Insane! We had to get ready in the hotel parking lot for the Taylor Swift concert we were going to see at Levi Stadium. And it wasn’t just us either. So many other people were waiting around in the lobby being told their rooms were not available and they were not given any idea on how long it would take for their rooms to be ready. Since our concert had us on a time crunch, we weren’t able to check into our room until past midnight when we got back to the hotel after the concert. When we checked out of our room in the morning and asked for some sort of a discount on the room, as we weren’t able to use any of the amenities in the room, we were told all they could do was waive the parking fee. For a $360 room that we were not even able to check into to get ready for our concert, it was such terrible customer service. The front desk manager (this was on 7/30 at 11:00AM) kept making excuses as to how they had “too many guests” but there was no apology given or any remorse for how negative this experience had impacted our trip. We were all so stressed out getting ready for the concert of our dreams in the parking lot and then to not receive any meaningful discount was terrible. We had an amazing time at our concert but will never be staying at this hotel again. Please be warned that check-in at 3PM (as the hotel advertises) is not a guarantee and the staff will not give any meaningful discount to the room you paid for even if your room is not ready on time. I would truly hate for anyone else to have to deal with the horrible stress we went through and feeling so invalidated for how awful having to wait 3 hours to get a room was for us. No surprise here, but we will never come to this location again, which is a shame, because our room online looked so cute and we would have loved to have been able to use it to its fullest and had the chance to get ready in it! Other issues we experienced but weren’t nearly as bad as the late check-in with no major discount given include the following: ||-A house cleaner went to the restroom in the lobby and left without washing her hands.||-The breakfast area had many items missing due to not being restocked and they ran out of coffee. ||-Front office staff explained during check in that they were “too booked” yet didn’t offer any apologies or options as to how they were going to take...
