I had a failure in my PC I could not address. I contacted USA Computer Store and was asked questions to see if I could correct the issue at home without having to bring it in. After determining it was going to require a repair they asked if I could bring it in for a COMPLIMENTARY inspection, which I did. In a very short time the same day I was called and advised the main culprit was my video card, and my power supply was also questionable, but still worked, my option. Since I rely heavily on my PC I asked for an upgraded video card, and a new upgraded power supply to prevent another failure. They thoroughly explained the costs, and even compared other parts that were not as expensive that would also work. Again, my option. When I picked up my PC it was demonstrated for me before leaving the store. However, when I went home and plugged everything in, my monitor would not work. I returned to the store, computer in hand, and asked for another demonstration. When it was connected it worked perfectly. I explained when I plugged in the monitor to my "old" port at home, it did not work. That's when the problem was solved; it was explained to me the "old" port was bypassed when the card was replaced and was not functional any longer. I was shown the proper plug, which I did not have an adapter to properly connect my monitor. I was given an adapter, at no charge, and returned home and completed the connection. That took care of everything. ALL the staff are very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly and offer some of the best customer service I have ever enjoyed. They give you every opportunity to save money with NO pressure to buy something you may not need. USA Computer Store defines the meaning of "Customer Service"; they are very CUSTOMER oriented, and the SERVICE is fast and done properly the first time.Good job. Read moreI gave USA computers my computer a month ago. When I first came in, I told them I was having issues with my screen being repaired. They told me it was probably the logic board and that they would take a look. After a couple of days of waiting, I called back because no one would call me back. They told me whoever applied this screen did the adhesions incorrectly, however ironically a few months back I took my computer here to have them install SDD Drive. No one else touched my computer, yet they had the nerve to ask if someone worked on my computer or etc.. Someone from this store worked on the computer and PLACED it wrong. After this, we wait more days and days, without a callback yet promised one. We call back again, saying the technician is working on it and we’re seeing options. Then after days of waiting, we call to check in only to see that the technician is away on some training??? No one cared to call us back or inform us! We had to call them each time, multiple times a day to get a shred of information. I understand if it was within a short timeframe but it’s been a month. I was told the issue was solved and then right after another it issue back to back issue. The entire team has been unresponsive and unhelpful, We had deadlines that were not met and overdue.

I have had several occasions to use their services and they have exceeded my expectations every time. But this last time is evidence of the honor in the way they do business. I brought something in that I thought needed repaired, they quickly look at it and showed me that the problem was actually user error, fixed it and sent me on my way. It was fully operational and they charged me "nothing". They could have made up some BS reason it wasn't working and charge me full freight. I would have been none the wiser.
