I’ve been vaping for 4 years now, and let me tell you...the customer service at Ignite is amazing. They set the bar SO high that their competition can’t even touch them. Their punch card rewards loyal customers in such an amazing way, and when I first went in and mentioned how the other shop I went to never could keep my coils in stock, they wrote down the kind I use and they have never ran out. Their juice selection is amazing, and your favorites are ALWAYS in stock. Every person I know that vapes, uses CBD, or rolls their own tobacco I send to Ignite! Way to go management for making sure that not only do you keep things professional, but your employees always are in a great mood and I can only imagine it’s because you value them and understand that a well treated employee takes good care of your customers, and that’s what will keep me coming...

Ignite is simply the best headshop in the Twin Ports. I'm there a few times a week at least, and the other reviews you've seen about the staff are spot-on: friendly, helpful, and you get a sense that they genuinely care about the customer.

I switched from Delta 9 THC to Delta 8 about a year ago, and the quality and variety of D8 (and now other THC analogues) is second to none; carts, flower, sweets, you name it, and they have it. Their store brand is also usually a decent amount cheaper than the premiere brands, but the same quality and sometimes even better (esp the storebrand carts)

If you need to catch a legal, relaxing buzz and you live in the Twin Ports, Ignite is the best experience AND best bang for your buck.

My review is for tobacco and not other products. I'm so sick of crappy dry bags of tobacco being sold. Pointed out to the guy today that the bag he handed me was bad, so he handed me another bad bag of another brand. The last 3 bags I've bought from there have been dry. They have the tubes $2 more than other places in town. Spent $18 there today for crappy stuff. Next time I'll just walk to keyport and save $3. On top of that dude there is just rude. I clicked the print receipt button. Then when I was ripping off the receipt he grabbed the machine from me and gave me attitude. I was the only person in line. I'm just done going there. I suggest going elsewhere for products and better...
