Lift Bridge Bagels — Restaurant in Duluth

We were traveling through Duluth for a family camping trip and stopped at Whole Foods to grab some last minute food items. I normally make all of our bread products but didn't have enough time to make what we needed for the trip. We were absolutely SHOCKED to find Lift Bridge Bagels and see the simple, high quality ingredients! This is the first time we've found a bread product in store that we would feel comfortable feeding to our family! Wow! Amazing bagels. Crust has a perfect toothsome bite. Overall amount of chewy-ness was exquisite. Ate our first one plain and savored every morsel; she really nailed the seasoning. We'll be getting them every time we come to town. Serious!
